Eminent personalities gathered in Nnewi to pay their respects at the burial of late Senator Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, representing Anambra South. Despite the absence of Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo, attendees included former Governor Peter Obi, Senator Victor Umeh, Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Chairman Chief Innocent Chukwuma, and other political and business figures such as Chief George Moghalu, Chief Cosmas Maduka, Chief Osita Chidoka, and Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer, Sir Ifeanyi Ejiofor.
Speakers at the ceremony praised Ubah for his philanthropy, political vibrancy, and business success. They expressed sadness over his untimely death at 52, offering prayers for his soul and urging the family to bear the loss with strength, acknowledging that it is God’s will.
