Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike defended his threats to cause a crisis in any PDP-controlled state that undermines his position, stating he has no regrets.

In an interview, Wike criticized the PDP Governors Forum for pledging support for Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara, which he viewed as an attempt to undermine him. He also revealed that Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde nominated names for appointments under President Tinubu. Wike made it clear he would no longer support Fubara and expressed his frustration at being misrepresented despite his political sacrifices.
